AI Concierge Terms

The CRESI Concierge is an automated artificial intelligence assistant designed to provide general information based on CRESI's published content.

AI Disclosure:

Conversations with the CRESI Concierge may be reviewed by human advisors to facilitate follow-up.

Limitations:

The concierge does not provide legal or financial advice and cannot bind CRESI to any agreement or representation.

Safety Stops:

Conversations involving threats to life or self-harm will trigger immediate termination of the chat session in accordance with crisis protocol.

Lead Forms and Communications Consent

When you submit an inquiry through our lead forms, resource download gates, or the CRESI Concierge, you consent to being contacted by CRESI regarding your inquiry via email, telephone, or other provided contact methods. You may opt out of further communications at any time by following the instructions provided in our communications or contacting us directly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Websites—including text, graphics, logos, audio clips, podcast episodes, guides, downloadable resources, and software code—is the property of CRESI or its content licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
